Remote customer-support openings I found after 12 years as a procurement assistant

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
