Remote customer-support openings I found after 12 years as a machine operator

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a machine operator. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
