Remote customer-support openings I found after 10 years as a medical assistant

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
