Remote customer-support openings I found after 10 years as a copywriter

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
