Remote customer-support openings I found after 10 years as a copywriter

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a copywriter. It has been a long 14 weeks. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
