Remote customer-support openings I found, accounts payable clerk here

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. It has been a long 25 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
