Remote customer-support openings I found - 9 months and counting

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
