Remote customer-support openings I found - 9 months and counting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been weighing on me all week. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
