Remote customer-support openings I found - 8 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a web developer. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?
