Remote customer-support openings I found - 8 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an IT help-desk technician. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They use a short typing and listening test.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
