A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
