Remote customer-support openings I found - 8 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an IT help-desk technician. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
