Remote customer-support openings I found

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a delivery driver. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
