Remote customer-support openings I found - 7 months and counting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
