Remote customer-support openings I found

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a web developer. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
