Remote customer-support openings I found - 6 weeks in

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a pharmacy technician. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
