Remote customer-support openings I found - 6 months and counting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
