Remote customer-support openings I found - 6 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a web developer. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
