Remote customer-support openings I found

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
