Remote customer-support openings I found - 5 weeks in

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an accountant. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
