Remote customer-support openings I found - 4 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a procurement assistant. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
