Remote customer-support openings I found

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. Any experience at all would help. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
