I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a paralegal. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
