Remote customer-support openings I found - 3 months and counting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
