A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
