Remote customer-support openings I found - 26 weeks in

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an event coordinator. It has been a long 26 weeks. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
