A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
