Remote customer-support openings I found - 2 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a customer-service rep. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
