Remote customer-support openings I found - 2 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a graphic designer. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
