I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a web developer. It has been weighing on me all week. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
