Remote customer-support openings I found - 14 months and counting

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
