Remote customer-support openings I found - 13 months and counting

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a hotel front-desk agent. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
