Public-sector jobs open for Tulsa residents

The city and county near Tulsa both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Hiring is slower than private jobs. How long did it take to hear back?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
