Public-sector jobs open for Tampa residents - first time posting

The city and county near Tampa both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. I am in Tampa, in case local advice matters. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. How long did it take to hear back?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

It took me about two months from application to offer. Apply early and keep your contact details current.
