Public-sector jobs open for Spokane residents (update)

I found several public-sector postings with benefits and a steady schedule. It has been weighing on me all week. Hiring is slower than private jobs. Do they prefer local residents?

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.

It took me about two months from application to offer. Apply early and keep your contact details current.
