Public-sector jobs open for Seattle residents

The city and county near Seattle both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. Anyone applied for one?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.
