Public-sector jobs open for Richmond residents

I found several public-sector postings with benefits and a steady schedule. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some need a short exam. Do they prefer local residents?

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.
