Public-sector jobs open for Portland residents - any advice?

The school district in Portland is hiring support staff. I worked as a recruiter before this. Hiring is slower than private jobs.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
