Public-sector jobs open for Portland residents after 5 years as a home health aide

The school district in Portland is hiring support staff. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Hiring is slower than private jobs.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
