Public-sector jobs open for Oklahoma City residents - any advice?

The school district in Oklahoma City is hiring support staff. Thank you in advance. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. Do they prefer local residents?

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
