Public-sector jobs open for Little Rock residents - first time posting

The city and county near Little Rock both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. Do they prefer local residents?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
