Public-sector jobs open for Little Rock residents after 3 years as a data-entry clerk

The school district in Little Rock is hiring support staff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. Do they prefer local residents?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
