Public-sector jobs open for Jacksonville residents - what worked for you?

The school district in Jacksonville is hiring support staff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. How long did it take to hear back?

It took me about two months from application to offer. Apply early and keep your contact details current.

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.
