Public-sector jobs open for Hartford residents (Hartford)

I found several public-sector postings with benefits and a steady schedule. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Hiring is slower than private jobs. Do they prefer local residents?

It took me about two months from application to offer. Apply early and keep your contact details current.

The exam was simple, mostly clerical skills. Practice material is usually on the same website.
