Public-sector jobs open for Detroit residents (Detroit)

The city and county near Detroit both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. It has been weighing on me all week. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. Anyone applied for one?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

It took me about two months from application to offer. Apply early and keep your contact details current.
