Public-sector jobs open for Cincinnati residents after 16 years as a machine operator

The city and county near Cincinnati both posted administrative and maintenance openings this week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Applications close on a fixed date and need a full work history. Do they prefer local residents?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
