Part-time jobs that fit around childcare (Wichita)

A grocery chain and a hotel near Wichita are hiring part-time staff. It has been a long 10 weeks. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Has anyone worked these shifts?

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
