Part-time jobs that fit around childcare - what worked for you?

A grocery chain and a hotel near Birmingham are hiring part-time staff. I worked as a bank teller before this. Shifts are four to six hours and the pay is weekly.

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.
