Part-time jobs that fit around childcare - what worked for you?

A grocery chain and a hotel near Columbus are hiring part-time staff. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. Has anyone worked these shifts?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.

Check how they treat part-time staff for benefits. Some add them after a set number of hours.
