Part-time jobs that fit around childcare (update)

A grocery chain and a hotel near Fresno are hiring part-time staff. Thank you in advance. Some roles have a small tuition benefit. How many hours do they guarantee?

I got the job by going in around mid-morning and asking for the manager. Worth a try.

Ask whether the schedule is posted in advance and how they handle swaps. It matters a lot with kids.
